FORT HOOD (Now designated Fort Cavazos), Texas — The Fort Hood (Now designated Fort Cavazos) Soldier for Life – Transition Assistance Program will host its Winter 2017 mega job fair from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Jan. 24 at Club Hood here.

The job fair is open to transitioning soldiers, veterans, retirees, their spouses, DA civilians and members of the local community.

The Fort Hood (Now designated Fort Cavazos) Mega Job Fair features local, state, national and international employers and government agencies representing employment opportunities across the nation and overseas.

The event is open to all Department of Defense ID cardholders and the general public. Club Hood is located at 24th Street and Wainwright Drive, Bldg. 5764.

Media who wish to cover this event should register. On Jan. 24, media will meet a public affairs representative at the south side parking lot of the visitors’ center at 10 a.m.
