FORT HOOD (Now designated Fort Cavazos), Texas – The POW/MIA Day ceremony will be held at 9 a.m. Sept. 21 at the memorial located in front of Bldg. 36000, the former Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center.

The ceremony will honor former prisoners of war and military personnel who are still classified as “missing in action.” with area veterans’ organizations participating in a special wreath-laying ceremony. Guest speaker is  Congressman Roger Williams, 25th District.
