UPDATE: ACP closures due to post closure for inclement weather

UPDATE: Due to the closure of Fort Hood (Now designated Fort Cavazos) and hazardous weather conditions.  All Limited Access Access Control Points at Fort Hood (Now designated Fort Cavazos) are closed effective immediately. The following ACPs are affected:  Santa Fe Gate, 79th Street Gate, Mohawk Gate, and SH Hwy 195 Gate.

Post closed to all but mission essential

FORT HOOD (Now designated Fort Cavazos), Texas — Fort Hood (Now designated Fort Cavazos) officials have closed the post Feb. 11 due to inclement weather.  Fort Hood (Now designated Fort Cavazos) will be closed for the remainder of the day. Only mission essential personnel should report for the duty.

Child Youth School Services Child Care Programs and the Fort Hood (Now designated Fort Cavazos) Child Development Center will open only for mission essential personnel.

Contracted personnel should report in accordance with their program/project manager’s instructions.
