MEDIA INSTRUCTIONS: Will be coordinated with the 13th ESC PAO

Sustainers from across the III Corps footprint along with reserve and National Guard partners will gather at Fort Hood (Now designated Fort Cavazos), Texas for a Sustainment Training Summit to discuss the current and future state of logistics and how to increase material readiness. The summit will also focuse on what’s going on throughout the Army concerning material readiness that could affect their units and find areas where they could mutually support each other and how the active and reserve components can train together as a total force package.

Guest speakers this year will include Lt. Gen. Paul Funk, Lt. Gen. Aundre Piggee from the Pentagon and Gen. Gustave Perna from Army Materiel Command.
