FORT CAVAZOS, Texas — High school students from around Central Texas can interact with Soldiers and get a hands-on experience with military vehicles and equipment during the III Armored Corps Career Expo at Fort Cavazos, March 4-5, 2025.
Students can get inside an M1 Abrams main battle tank or AH-64 Apache helicopter, see an explosive ordnance disposal robot in action, listen to the 1st Cavalry Division Band and more. There will be dozens of military vehicles to explore, STEM and CCMR-focused activities aligned with high school curriculum and information booths from numerous colleges. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days.
