Harker Heights High School football takes on Killeen High School football in Warrior Week Boot Camp

FORT HOOD (Now designated Fort Cavazos), Texas – Fort Hood (Now designated Fort Cavazos) officials and the Harker Heights Recruiting Center will host a showdown between the Harker Heights and Killeen High School Varsity Football Teams during a Warrior Week Boot Camp Experience & Tour beginning at 9 a.m. March 6.

The Boot Camp is meant to enhance teamwork, cohesion, and leadership values. The students will have an opportunity to experience a day in the Army.

Events include:

  • Drill Sergeant Basic Training Shark Attack
  • Army Obstacle Course Team Competition
  • 1st Air Cavalry Aviation Helicopter Static Display
  • Military Vehicle Display
  • 1st Cavalry Division Horse Detachment (Demo)
