FORT HOOD (Now designated Fort Cavazos), Texas — There will be a press conference to discuss the incident held by the 1st Cavalry Division commanding general Maj. Gen. Jeffrey Broadwater at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 26 at the 1st Cavalry Division Headquarters here.
