Fort Hood (Now designated Fort Cavazos) Military Family Member Scholarship Fund scholarship award ceremony

FORT HOOD (Now designated Fort Cavazos), Texas — The Fort Hood (Now designated Fort Cavazos) Military Family Member Scholarship Fund presents their annual scholarship award ceremony at 6 p.m. May 24 in the Spirit of Fort Hood (Now designated Fort Cavazos) Chapel here.

The award ceremony recognizes the scholarship awardees and announces award amounts. The top scholarship award amount is for $5,000. This event is the first in-person awards ceremony in two years.

Media desiring to cover this event must RSVP to Samantha Farlow at samantha.j.farlow.civ@army.mil or (254) 247-8020 no later than 12 p.m. May 24.

A public affairs representative will meet the media at the south parking lot of Marvin Leath Visitors Center located on T. J. Mills Blvd. at 5:30 p.m. May 24 for an escort to the event.
