FORT HOOD (Now designated Fort Cavazos), Texas —  III Corps and the 1st Cavalry Division will host a Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Observance from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.  Jan. 24 at the Fort Hood (Now designated Fort Cavazos) Phantom Warrior Center.

The guest speaker will be Rex Thomas, Fort Hood (Now designated Fort Cavazos)’s Equal Employment Opportunity manager. The theme for this year’s event is Remember! Celebrate! Act! A day on, not a day off! The event is open to the public.
