FORT CAVAZOS, Texas – The Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center invites all area
case managers to its inaugural case management conference.
This event will be held at the People First Center on Fort Cavazos on 18 Oct., from 8 a.m.
– 4 p.m. and will highlight National Case Management Week.
This year’s theme is meet, educate, and collaborate.
Registration opened 19 August and participants can register at
CRDAMC is inviting case managers, care coordinators, transition of care professionals,
care specialists, care navigators, nurses, community and local service agencies, Tricare
network providers, and Fort Cavazos Garrison partners to sign up to attend the event or
host an information table.
Each year case management week celebrates and recognizes the strength, power, and
value of case managers in the healthcare community.
The conference is the culmination of the vision of the CRDAMC case managers to share
knowledge and resources with the community, collaborative and form partnerships with
care management service organizations and agencies that help to support the local
community, and help to achieve a common goal of improved health and wellness.
