FORT CAVAZOS, Texas – The Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center will offer school and sports physicals during its Kidz Fest Aug. 3.

Family members enrolled in any CRDAMC clinics can get their child’s school and sports physicals at the Pediatric or the Family Medicine Residency Clinic in clinic 1 of main hospital that Saturday.

The pediatric clinic will be open for all school-aged children ages 4 years and up, by appointment only, from 8 a.m. – 3:40 p.m., and the FMRC will be open for walk-ins only from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

The CRDAMC Kidz Fest will run from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. in the hospital atrium and offer games, arts & crafts, reading, prizes and a backpack raffle.

We are sorry that we cannot provide medicine refill requests or other school forms (i.e. asthma action plans, allergy forms) – please send these to your primary care manager through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal at https://patientportal.mhsgenesis.health.mil/.  If your child becomes ill, please reschedule a visit for another day.
