FORT HOOD (Now designated Fort Cavazos), Texas – Due to inclement weather all CRDAMC outpatient clinics and pharmacy locations will have a delayed opening tomorrow Jan. 11.
Clinic appointments will begin at 11 a.m. Patient appointments scheduled from 8 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. will be rescheduled.
The Respiratory Drive-Thru will open at 11 a.m.
COVID-19 second-dose vaccinations for healthcare workers, first responders, and high-risk patients will begin at 11 a.m. All patients in reporting groups from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. should report to CRDAMC at 11 a.m. to receive the second dose. All other groups should report at their scheduled time block.
All scheduled surgeries will be delayed. Medical center staff will contact surgical patients who have surgical procedures scheduled prior to 11:00 a.m. to provide reporting instructions or reschedule.
The CRDAMC Emergency Department, Labor and Delivery and all inpatient wards will remain open for patient care.
Beneficiaries with primary care clinic appointments scheduled before 11:00 a.m. may call the Patient Appointment line at 254.288.2888 to reschedule appointments. The Patient Appointment line will open at 10:00 a.m. Beneficiaries may also use www.tricareonline.com to reschedule their appointments.
CRDAMC Personnel reporting times
All scheduled shift workers should report for duty at their scheduled shift time.
All other military and civilian personnel should report at 10:00 a.m.
Personnel experiencing delays or difficulties reporting to work, please contact your supervisor.
