FORT CAVAZOS, Texas – Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center will host a change of command ceremony at 11 a.m., June 29 at the hospital marking the transfer of leadership from Col. Daniel J. Moore to Col. Garrick L Cramer.
Brig. Gen. E. Darrin Cox, commander, Medical Readiness Command, West, will serve as the reviewing officer for the ceremony.
Cramer previously served as the V Corps deputy surgeon, Fort Knox, Kentucky. He is a graduate of the Army Medical Department Officer Basic Course and has held several assignments as a medical commander.
Cramer holds a master’s degree from TOURO University and the U.S. Army War College.
Moore will remain on Ft. Cavazos while working for MRC, West.
