FORT CAVAZOS, Texas – The reported cyberattack on Change Healthcare has affected pharmacies worldwide to include Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center and some national retail pharmacies. In response, Change Healthcare disconnected their operations to protect patient information on Feb. 21, leaving systems down.
CRDAMC pharmacy services will continue to provide outpatient prescriptions through a manual process until this issue is resolved. Patients with urgent prescriptions will be given priority followed by routine medications. With systems down, extended wait periods are expected. Please be patient as pharmacies continue to safely fill your prescription needs.
