CRDAMC’s Harker Heights Medical Home offering early school sports physicals

Family members enrolled in any Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center clinics can get their child’s sports physicals this Saturday, by appointment only, at the Harker Heights Medical Home.

The HHMH will offer the physicals during the special Saturday clinic from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Eligible beneficiaries can make an appointment by contacting the CRDAMC central appointments line at (254) 288-8888 or the HHMH at (254) 499-8743 to schedule an appointment.

Beneficiaries should bring sports physical forms to the appointment and ensure that they are filled out prior to arrival to save time during the visit.

HHMH is located at 201 E. Central Texas Expressway, Suite 200, Harker Heights, Texas 76548.
