EVENT: 13th Expeditionary Sustainment Command Memorial Rededication

WHAT: 13th Expeditionary Sustainment Command will host a memorial rededication to honor the memory of Soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving with the 13th ESC since Sept. 11, 2001, at 10 a.m. Sept. 21 on Hildner Field. This year the family of Chaplain (Lt. Col.) Alton Raymond Kieschnick, who died in 1975 while returning from a training event to Fort Hood (Now designated Fort Cavazos), will be officially recognized as a Gold Star Family.

Every year the 13th ESC celebrates its birthday the third week of September. On the final day of the celebration the 13th ESC has a memorial rededication to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving with the 13th since 9/11.
