FORT CAVAZOS, Texas – 13th Armored Corps Sustainment Command will host a change of command ceremony at Abrams Physical Fitness Center on Fort Cavazos, TX at 10 a.m. on July 2, 2024.

Col. Sean P. Kelly will assume command of the 13th Armored Corps Sustainment Command from Brig. Gen. Sean P. Davis.

Lt. Gen. Sean C. Bernabe, the commander of the III Armored Corps, will officiate the event.

As the commanding officer of the 13th ACSC “Lucky Team”, Kelly will support III Armored Corps by leading all sustainment efforts, to include task organization, materiel readiness and talent management. 13th ACSC is prepared to deploy and provide command and control of multinational and joint theater distribution, theater opening, reception, staging, and onward movement in a multi-domain battlefield in support of the full range of military operations.
