Fort Hood (Now designated Fort Cavazos), Texas – The 11th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade is scheduled to conduct a change of command ceremony July 19 at 9:00 a.m. on Fort Hood (Now designated Fort Cavazos)’s Sadowski Field.

Col. David A. Thomas, brigade commander, will relinquish command to Col. Brian C. North.
